Reduce Costs
Our approach to cost reduction is to analyze the key processes in the business to determine where the costs are. Then we analyze and quickly model those process and target key areas for redesign. Besides reducing costs, a common benefit of process redesign is that normal business problems are reduced as well, for example, customer service and sales. In addition, we will document your processes so that you capture the intellectual value of how your business runs, as well as use them for training employees.
It is critical today to understand your competition. Too many small businesses don’t do it or only consider traditional competitors. We help you analyze all appropriate competitors and determine their strengths and weaknesses. We then compare and contrast those with your own business. If appropriate, we will use this information in a SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis
